Miles Jennings is General Counsel of a16z crypto, where he advises the firm and its portfolio companies on decentralization, DAOs, governance, NFTs, and state and federal securities laws. Miles’ experience within the sector stretches back to 2017, when he first began working with ConsenSys and quickly became one of the most sought-after legal minds working in crypto. During his time as a partner at Latham & Watkins, he co-chaired its global blockchain and cryptocurrency task force. In addition, he worked regularly with almost every prominent venture firm operating in crypto, designing several of the investment structures they use today, and he was counsel to dozens of startups in the sector.

Michael Mosier is a co-founder of Arktouros PLLC and partner at ex/ante venture fund. He served as in-house counsel at Chainalysis and Espresso Systems, and as a board director overseeing government security for an AI/autonomous vehicle company. In government, he held key positions at Treasury's FinCEN (Acting Director, Deputy Director) and OFAC (Associate Director), DOJ's Money Laundering Section, and the White House National Security Council. He previously taught at Georgetown Law and served as a Manhattan DA prosecutor. His work focuses on financial crime enforcement, cybersecurity, emerging technology, and digital privacy.

Rebecca began her legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York, litigating complex commercial disputes; prior to joining the Aave Companies, Rebecca was a partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP in the financial services group, representing blockchain and crypto clients. Rebecca spent the past four and a half years advising blockchain and cryptocurrency clients on legal and regulatory matters—with a particular focus advising DeFi projects over the past two years; she also represented clients in all aspects of litigation and regulatory enforcement proceedings as well as in licensing matters. In 2019, Rebecca was recognized as one of the top 100 women lawyers in New York City by Crain’s New York Business.
